WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) is a federally funded program that provides supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to healthcare and other social services for low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants, and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk. The goal of WIC is to safeguard the health and well-being of these vulnerable populations during critical periods of growth and development.

It offers a vast collection of articles, resources, and advice for parents on topics ranging from newborn feeding to toddlerhood, aiming to empower families with reliable and up-to-date information. 

The VBAC Link is an organization and online resource dedicated to empowering parents and birth workers with evidence-based information and support for Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC). They offer a variety of resources, including a blog, podcast, and online courses, aiming to educate and connect individuals seeking VBAC and those who support them. Their goal is to make the experience of birth after Cesarean a more positive and informed one.

Spinning Babies is a website and approach focused on understanding and facilitating optimal fetal positioning for easier labor and birth. It offers techniques and exercises for pregnant individuals to help create more space in the pelvis and encourage the baby to settle into a favorable position for labor, potentially leading to shorter, less painful births and fewer interventions.
