These visits are for us to get to know each other and your birth preferences!

I want to use this time to best learn how I can support you and your spouse

On call from 38 weeks on

Full support through active labor and delivery

Will stay through first latch/2 hours after birth

Immediate lactation counseling

Continued postpartum support to maintain a good latch 

Unlimited text/email support with prompt responses throughout your pregnancy

Evidence-based information and resources

In home visit 

Debrief the birth together

Newborn care, comfort techniques, and even provide assistance with household duties if you want (yes, I'll gladly do your dishes and fold your laundry, or anything else that helps lighten your load during our visit)
